Margadarsi Chit's Madurai branch

CHENNAI: Margadarsi Chit Fund, part of the Enadu group, has opened a branch in Madurai, taking the total to eight in Tamil Nadu. Addressing a press conference here, Sailaja Kiron, Managing Director, said the company, a household name in Andhra Pradesh, would now focus on Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Ms. Kiron said registered chit firms did offer a useful platform for the middle class not only to access funds cheaply but also develop savings habit.
